Today Marks the Beginning of a New Chapter: Welcome to My-Prompt

Today is a day we've been working towards for a long time.

14 June 2026

After years (we're not joking) of planning, development, testing, learning, refining, and countless conversations with neurodivergent individuals and support professionals, we are incredibly proud to officially launch My-Prompt.

This isn't just the launch of a new app; it's the realisation of our vision. A vision where neurodivergent people have access to personalised, practical support whenever they need it. A vision where challenges don't have to be faced alone. A vision where technology helps people unlock their strengths, overcome barriers, and thrive in work, education, and everyday life.

Why We Created My-Prompt

For many neurodivergent individuals, support often comes through specialist mentoring, workplace adjustments, coaching, disability services, or trusted professionals. These services can be life-changing, but life happens between appointments.

Questions arise during a busy workday. A deadline suddenly feels overwhelming. A routine changes unexpectedly. A student struggles to organise their workload. An employee needs help prioritising tasks. Someone simply needs guidance, reassurance, or a practical strategy in the moment.

We recognised that there was a gap between formal support and everyday challenges - My-Prompt was created to help bridge that gap.

Our goal has always been simple: provide accessible, personalised support that is available when people need it, where they need it.

Designed for Real Life

Neurodiversity is not one-size-fits-all.

Every individual experiences the world differently. What works for one person may not work for another. That's why My-Prompt has been designed to support a broad range of needs and circumstances.

Whether someone is navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, other specific learning differences, mental health difficulties, workplace challenges, educational demands, wellbeing concerns, or everyday life management, My-Prompt aims to provide practical guidance and meaningful support.

We want users to feel empowered, understood, and equipped with strategies that work for them.

More Than Technology

While My-Prompt is powered by technology, at its heart, My-Prompt is about people.

It's about helping individuals build confidence, supporting independence, reducing barriers. It's about recognising strengths while providing practical assistance for challenges.

Most importantly, it's about creating opportunities for people to achieve their goals on their own terms.

Supporting Organisations Too

The launch of My-Prompt is also an exciting opportunity for organisations that are committed to neuro-inclusion.

Employers, universities, colleges, disability support teams, DSA providers, wellbeing services, and neurodiversity specialists are increasingly looking for ways to extend support beyond traditional interventions.

My-Prompt has been designed to complement - not replace - the valuable work already being done by professionals and support services. By providing accessible, on-demand guidance, we hope to become a valuable addition to existing support ecosystems.

A Thank You

Launching My-Prompt would not have been possible without the encouragement, feedback, expertise, and support of so many people. To everyone who shared their experiences, tested ideas, challenged assumptions, and believed in this vision from the beginning - thank you.

Your insights have helped shape what My-Prompt has become today. And this is only the beginning.

Looking Ahead

Today's launch is an important milestone, but it's also the start of a much bigger journey.

We will continue listening. We will continue learning. We will continue improving. And we will continue working towards our mission of making practical, personalised support more accessible for neurodivergent individuals everywhere.

We are excited about what comes next and look forward to building the future of My-Prompt together with our growing community.

Thank you for being part of this moment.

Welcome to My-Prompt.
